TRIP ORGANIZERS HAVE DECIDED TO CANCELL THE TRIP

Kancamagus Highway & Bear Notch Road Adventure 

Your hosts for this trip are the Stephanie & Bob and Judy & John team 

July 17^th 2020 – July 19^th 2020

We will meet on Friday July 17^th at 8:30 A.M. at the Boxborough Regency, 242 Adams Place Boxborough, MA, exit 28 off I-495 and enjoy a leisurely ride from Boxborough to Lincoln New Hampshire. http://bit.ly/MMC_Kancamagus_start

Once in New Hampshire we’ll have a few hours to unwind and have a group dinner on Friday night.

Saturday we will travel across the Kancamagus Highway to Bear Notch Road where we will take Bear Notch Road into Bartlett and have lunch in the Bartlett area. From Bartlett we’ll travel into North Conway where we can shop, tube down a river, walk,  or if conditions are favorable drive the Mount Washington Auto Road.

We have a limited number of reservations for 15 rooms blocked until May 15^th 2020.  If we act quickly we have an opportunity to increase our numbers to 25.  Once 15 reservations have been made at the hotel,  I have an agreement with the hotel that they will work with me to make additional rooms available if they have vacancies. Stephanie will be collecting names for a wait list.

The hotel has a restaurant that serves three meals a day, an indoor/outdoor pool, game room, paddle boats, fishing just to name a few.

Call the hotel at 800-343-8000 before the 15^th of May and book your room and mention Mass Miata Club to get the rates below.  You have a choice of accommodations, all based on 2 adults per room:

• A Lake Mezzanine Room which has 1 king bed – $187.41 per night (including tax)
• Lakeview Deluxe King Double Room which has 1 double bed AND 1 king bed – $207.03 per night (including tax)
• Lakeview Premium Room which has 1 double bed AND 1 king bed with Updated Furniture Style – $226.65 per night (including tax)

Once 15 rooms have been booked, you can contact either Stephanie or John (John@JohnVaillancourt.com) and we will generate a wait list. If you get wait listed, think about whether or not you’d be willing to serve as lead or tail car. I F we get a wait list long enough   A N D we get volunteers to lead and tail, we’ll run two groups.
