VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED TO SET UP AND NEED TO ARRIVE BY 9:00 A.M.
Appetizers will be served beginning at 10:30 A.M.
LUNCH will be ready around NOON.
Volunteers are need to help cook.
Volunteers are also needed to help clean up.
Our annual MMC club picnic and membership appreciate day will be held at Colt State Park Route 114 1070 Hope Street Bristol, Rhode Island. Colt State Park has beautiful views and always a nice sea breeze.
All are welcomed!
Mass Miata members and their families are invited to attend this annual event, which was started to show the Club’s appreciation to all our members and to thank everyone for their participation and support.
We have shelter 2 which is the large facility with parking and restrooms near by. Follow the Mass Miata signs.
The club will be providing the entrees of Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and rolls . There is no cost to members to attend this event, however in an effort to control costs, the club is asking members to provide appetizers, salads, desserts, etc.
AN APPETIZER: chips & salsa, pita & hummus, veggie & dip, cheese & crackers, fruit & dip, etc
A GREEN SALAD: lettuce, cukes, tomatoes, etc
A SIDE SALAD: pasta, potato, bean, macaroni, etc.
INDIVIDUAL CANS OF: soda, juices, ice tea, punch, water, etc.
CONDIMENTS: ketchup, mustard & mayo
RELISH: sweet & hot
INDIVIDUAL BAGS OF CHIPS
SALT & PEPPER
PICKLES: sweet & hot
SLICED RED ONIONS: for hamburgers
DICED ONIONS: for hot dogs
SLICED: NATIVE TOMATOES
