August 2, 2026 Sunday Annual Club Picnic R.S.V.P. by July 29th

August 2 @ 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Let’s beat last year’s attendance of 65 people.

Please R.S.V.P.to Brenda bgauvin@charter.net by July 30th if you are planning on attending, so we will know how many Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and Rolls to buy. 

VOLUNTEERS THAT SIGN UP TO HELP SET UP.

  PLEASE ARRIVE BY 8:30 A.M.

Set up: Arrange Tables

Add Table Cloths, Put out Silverware, Plates, Napkins, Hang the Club Banner, Hang Trash Bags for Trash and Recycle, etc. 

Appetizers will be served around 10:30 A.M.

LUNCH should be ready around NOON. 

Our annual MMC club picnic and membership appreciate day will be held at Colt State Park.

Route 114 1070 Hope Street Bristol, Rhode Island.

Colt State Park has beautiful views and there is always a nice sea breeze.

All are welcomed!

Mass Miata members and their families are invited to attend this annual event, which was started to show the Club’s appreciation to all our members and to thank everyone for their participation and support.

We have shelter 2 which is the large covered facility with parking and restrooms near by.

Follow the Mass Miata signs.

The club will be providing the Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and rolls . 

There is no cost to members to attend this event, however in an effort to control costs, the club is asking members to provide appetizers, salads, desserts, etc. For those who want to

You are not obligated to bring anything.

I would suggest you bring a chair.  The picnic tables can be very hard on our backside.
