If you enjoy driving on scenic, fun country roads – this ride is for you. If you
enjoy forest hiking that leads to breathtaking views of the Quabbin reservoir,
this ride is for you. For those who just want to drive, the hike part of the tour
is optional, and you can conveniently end your ride at the final rest stop or at
the hike trailhead.

This is a 3-part ride on some nice Miata loving twisty, hilly back roads in
central Massachusetts. Part 1 begins at Walmart in Leicester MA and ends at
the Texas Roadhouse in Hadley MA where we will stop for lunch. Part 2 of the
tour begins after lunch, when we travel to Dunkin’s in Orange MA near the
intersection of Rt 202 and Rt 2. For those who want to hike, the ride then
proceeds to the Quabbin for a 2.7-mile round trip hike that includes excellent
Quabbin views from a high ledge overlook.

Trip limited to 8 cars – 2 spots will be reserved for new members until Jul 18
