Hairpin Foliage Run

Both groups are now full.  

Please contact Brenda at 978-590-8044, or bgauvin@charter.net if you cannot make it, or choose not to go.  We will fill your spot with a wait list car.

We will meet at 9:00 AM at the Market Basket at 147 Tower Road Athol, MA 01331.

Our trip meeting will be at 9:15 AM.

The first group of 12 cars will be leaving at 9:30 AM, and the 2nd group at 9:45 AM.

Our first stop is the Wagon Wheel,  https://www.wagonwheelgill.com, in Gill MA, as a pit stop and an early lunch.  The Wagon Wheel is open at 11 AM for lunch, and we are targeting for the 1st and 2nd group to arrive by 11AM – 11:15 AM so we can get the parking spots we need to accommodate 24 cars.

We’ll be there around 1 to 1.5 hours, and then head off to the Hogback Mountain Store, https://www.hogbackmountaincountrystore.com, where we will spend 30 minutes for a pit stop and some shopping/browsing.  We’ll then head to the Big Y in Greenfield as the last leg of our trip, where we will stretch our legs, say our good byes and GPS it home.

Let’s hope for some good leaf peeping 🙂

So I thought it would be nice to take a trip where we’d actually stop and smell the roses, or at least take in the view of the New England Foliage.

What I do know, with the help of Brenda , there will be more than 1 hair pin turn on this trip. We will be eating at a Mass Miata favorite restaurant the Wagon Wheel.
