Mass Miata Club  – Special Bylaw Changes Meeting

Hello Mass Miata Club Members,
We have noticed some discrepancies in the Mass Miata Club Bylaws that we want to address to bring them more in-line with the actual operational aspects of the club. And, you can always find the Club’s current Bylaws here on the website: https://massmiata.net/club-bylaws/

The proposed changes are:

1. The location of the Official Mailing address of the club to include the use of a Commercial Mailing address or the Home mailing address of the current Club Secretary.

2. The references to “monthly meeting(s)” to be replaced with “Club Meeting(s)”

We plan to hold a Special Meeting at 11:00 A.M. before the November Business Meeting on Nov 2nd at Ira Mazda to discuss and then vote on these changes.
