Let’s beat last year’s attendance of 53 people. Moses and Vivian Tran bet last years record being the 54th and 55th member attending.

Please R.S.V.P.to Brenda bgauvin@charter.net by July 30th if you are planning on attending, so we will know how many Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and Rolls to buy.
VOLUNTEERS THAT SIGN UP TO HELP SET UP, PLEASE ARRIVE BY 8:30 A.M.
Appetizers will be served around 10:30 A.M.
LUNCH should be ready around NOON.
Our annual MMC club picnic and membership appreciate day will be held at Colt State Park Route 114 1070 Hope Street Bristol, Rhode Island. Colt State Park has beautiful views and there is always a nice sea breeze.
All are welcomed!
Mass Miata members and their families are invited to attend this annual event, which was started to show the Club’s appreciation to all our members and to thank everyone for their participation and support.
We have shelter 2 which is the large covered facility with parking and restrooms near by. Follow the Mass Miata signs.
Also the Trout’s have invited anyone who would like to go to their house after the picnic for swimming, chatting and leftovers. Bring your bathing suits and towels!
The club will be providing the Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and rolls . There is no cost to members to attend this event, however in an effort to control costs, the club is asking members to provide appetizers, salads, desserts, etc. For those who want to

You are not obligated to bring anything but yourselves, but I would suggest you bring a comfy lawn chair. Picnic tables can be very harsh on your bottom.
