RSVP DEADLINE IS JUNE 20, 2018

This years annual Election and business meeting will be held at Barber’s Crossing Restaurant 175 Leominster Road (Route 12) Sterling, MA immediately North of I-190 exit 6 on route 12.

THIS IS OUR MOST IMPORTANT MEETING OF THE YEAR. All Mass Miata members are encouraged to attend.

We will be electing officers and appointing the various committees. If you are interesting in any Board Position or Committee, please contact our president Janet Baylis.

We will also be voting on our annual charitable giving, discussing MOT, and Fall For New England 2.

There will be a brief Board Meeting at 10:30 followed by the Business Meeting at 11:00 AM. The meeting will break for lunch around noon, and then resume if needed.

Lunch selections include: Roast Turkey Dinner, Chicken Pot Pie, Roast Beef Dinner, BBQ Texan Ribs and Baked Haddock. Dessert will be Apple Crisp. The meal does include tea, coffee, soda and ice tea. There is a cash bar available.Meals will be selected at the meeting.

The COST of the meal will be $10.00 per person. Please bring cash and pay Helen Comeau before the meeting starts. Mass Miata club will pick up the balance.

After the meeting there will be the traditional ice cream run.
