Annual Election Meeting (RSVP by 6/21)

ONCE AGAIN THE CLUB WILL BE PAYING FOR THE MEAL AT THIS VERY IMPORTANT MEETING.
This year’s annual election and business meeting will be held at Barbers Crossing restaurant, 175 Leominster Road (Route 12) Sterling MA, immediately North of I-190 exit 6 on route 12.
This is our most important meeting of the year.
We will be electing officers and appointing the various committees. If you are interested in any Board Position or Committee please let our president Janet Baylis know.
We will also be voting on our annual charitable giving,
discussing MOT, and Fall For New England 2
There will be a brief Board Meeting at 10:30 followed by the Business Meeting at 11:00 AM. The meeting will break for lunch around noon, and then resume if needed.
Lunch selections include: Roast Turkey Dinner, Chicken Pot Pie, Roast Beef Dinner, BBQ Texan Ribs and Baked Haddock with Apple Crisp for desert. The meal does include tea, coffee, soda, and iced tea. There is a cash bar available. Meals will be selected at the meeting.
After the meeting there will be the traditional ice cream run.
