Annual Election Meeting (RSVP by July 7th)

FreeOnce again the Club will be paying for the meal at this very important meeting.
This year’s annual business meeting will be held at Barbers Crossing restaurant, 175 Leominster Road (Route 12) Sterling MA, immediately North of I-190 exit 6 on route 12.
This is our most important meeting of the year.
We will be electing officers and appointing the various committees. There are several vacant positions so if you’re interested in filling any of these openings, please let Pat or another officer know.
The business meeting will begin at 11:00 AM, break for lunch around noon, and then resume after lunch (if needed). You can arrive as early as 10:30 to socialize, shop the club merchandise, etc. The meeting will begin promptly at 11:00.
Lunch selections include: Roast Turkey Dinner, Chicken Pot Pie, Roast Beef Dinner, BBQ Texan Ribs and Baked Haddock with Apple Crisp for desert. The meal does include tea, coffee, soda, and iced tea. There is a cash bar available. Meals will be selected at the meeting.
After the meeting there will be the traditional ice cream run.
