This year’s MMC Annual Holiday Party will be at White Mountain Hotel and Resort 87 Fairway Drive, North Conway, NH 03860

Saturday January 24th, 2026 will be our party 6:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.

They require a 2 night stay.

Double Occupancy $419.00 per person

Two-Night Package: Single Occupancy $689.00 per person

You may think this is pricey, but if you have ever gone to the holiday party at East Hill Farms, it is actually cheaper. If you booked a deluxe room you are paying $885.00 which includes tax and 6 meals. It DOES NOT include the 15% gratuity which would be $122.00 for a 2 night total stay of $1,007.00 savings of $167.00. The savings can be used for a Friday night dinner and Saturday lunch.

Two Overnight Accommodations

Two Breakfast: Entree off of the menu, juice and coffee served in the Ledgers Restaurant.

Saturday Holiday Party Dinner: Time 6:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.

Meal entree choices will not be available until June.

Echo Ballroom

Includes: One choice of either soup du jour or garden salad, choice of 3 entrees (will not be available until the spring), chefs choice of dessert and non-alcoholic beverage,  freshly baked warm bread, NH State Tax and all applicable gratuities.

Full use of resorts amenities including year-round outdoor HEATED pool and hot tub, fitness center with Cybex cardiovascular equipment, Finnish saunas, game room, pickelball courts, cornhole, basketball court and a FIRE PIT.

Now for the room deposit cancellation policy:

Any room cancellation outside of fourteen days prior to arrival date will be charged a $25.00 cancellation policy.

Any room cancellation inside of 14 days prior to arrival and up to the day of arrival will be charged the full per person package price.
