Let’s beat last years head count of 73 people!

VOLUNTEERS THAT SIGN UP TO HELP SET UP,  PLEASE ARRIVE BY 8:30 A.M.

Appetizers will be served around 10:30 A.M.

LUNCH should be ready around NOON. 

There will be a Special Meeting to go over some bylaw changes.

Our annual MMC club picnic and membership appreciate day will be held at Colt State Park Route 114 1070 Hope Street Bristol, Rhode Island. Colt State Park has beautiful views and always a nice sea breeze.

All are welcomed!

Mass Miata members and their families are invited to attend this annual event, which was started to show the Club’s appreciation to all our members and to thank everyone for their participation and support.

We have shelter 2 which is the large covered facility with parking and restrooms near by. Follow the Mass Miata signs.

Paul & Sue Trout has invited everyone back to their house to go swimming. Bring your suits and towels.

The club will be providing the Hamburgers, Hot Dogs and rolls .  There is no cost to members to attend this event, however in an effort to control costs, the club is asking members to provide appetizers, salads, desserts, etc. For those who want to.

AN APPETIZER: pita & hummus, veggie & dip, cheese & crackers, etc.

A SIDE SALAD: pasta salad, bean salad, etc.

INDIVIDUAL CANS OF: soda, juices, punch, etc.

DICED ONIONS: for hot dogs

SLICED ONIONS: For Hamburgers

 Please rsvp to Brenda activities@massmiata.net  by August 15th if you are planning on attending, so we will know how many Hot Dogs, Hamburgers and Rolls to buy.

You are not obligated to bring anything but yourselves, but I would suggest you bring a lawn chair.
