DESCRIPTION:We had 75 people\, 39 Miata’s and 5 Otm’s\n6 No Shows and I couple I knew was not coming.\nAugust 2\, 2026 Sunday Annual Club Picnic.\nPlease remember to wear your club badges.\n\n  \nLet’s beat last year’s attendance of 65 people.\nPlease R.S.V.P.to Brenda bgauvin@charter.net if you are planning on attending\, so we will know how many Hot Dogs\, Hamburgers and Rolls to buy. \nVOLUNTEERS THAT SIGN UP TO HELP SET UP.\n  PLEASE ARRIVE BY 8:30 A.M.\nSet up: Arrange Tables\nAdd Table Cloths\, Put out Silverware\, Plates\, Napkins\, Hang the Club Banner\, Hang Trash Bags for Trash and Recycle\, etc. \nAppetizers will be served around 10:30 A.M.\nLUNCH should be ready around NOON. \nOur annual MMC club picnic and membership appreciate day will be held at Colt State Park.\n Route 114 1070 Hope Street Bristol\, Rhode Island.\nColt State Park has beautiful views and there is always a nice sea breeze.\nAll are welcomed!\nMass Miata members and their families are invited to attend this annual event\, which was started to show the Club’s appreciation to all our members and to thank everyone for their participation and support.\nWe have shelter 2 which is the large covered facility with parking and restrooms near by. \nFollow the Mass Miata signs.\nIf anyone would like to go to the Trout’s house after the picnic\, you are more than welcome to go for a swim. DESCRIPTION:HAD 15 Cars\, 26 People\, plus 2 cancelled the day of the event\n  \nMass Miata Coastal Cruise \nWednesday August 12th \n \nJoin us for a leisurely ride up the NH coast with a stop for lunch. We have elected to run this on a \nweekday to try and avoid all the weekend traffic. \nWe will start from the Seabrook Rest Area on I-95 northbound just over the NH border. Drivers meeting \nat 9:15 AM for 9:30 staggered departures. \nWe will cruise the New Hampshire and Maine seacoast with it’s beautiful scenery. \nWe will stop for lunch in York\, ME at The York River Landing. \n \nAfter lunch we will continue our cruise around Great Bay on some very twisty local roads. \n We will end up at Hodgie’s ice cream stand in Amesbury\, MA for more ice cream than you can possibly \neat. We should be done at Hodgies by 3:00. \nPlease let Judy & Jack know that you are coming by end of day Wed Aug 05. No limit to the number of \ncars. The more the merrier. We will need additional Leads and Tails depending on the number of \ncars we end up with. Please give us your cell number\, whether you have a CB radio or not and most \nimportantly\, if you are new members when you sign up. Lobster rolls will be on the menu but  \nwe would like an approximate count on how many to have available to order.
