DESCRIPTION:Had 12 Cars\, 20 people\nQuabbin Drive-Hike Sat Jul 25\, 2026\nSign up is now available\nIf you enjoy driving on scenic\, fun country roads – this ride is for you. If you\nenjoy forest hiking that leads to breathtaking views of the Quabbin reservoir\,\nthis ride is for you. For those who just want to drive\, the hike part of the tour\nis optional\, and you can conveniently end your ride at the final rest stop or at\nthe hike trailhead.\nThis is a 3-part ride on some nice Miata loving twisty\, hilly back roads in\ncentral Massachusetts. Part 1 begins at Walmart in Leicester MA and ends at\nthe Texas Roadhouse in Hadley MA where we will stop for lunch. Part 2 of the\ntour begins after lunch\, when we travel to Dunkin’s in Orange MA near the\nintersection of Rt 202 and Rt 2. DESCRIPTION:Had 12 Cars\, 22 People\nTrip is full\, but a wait list is available.\nCome join Mike and Ellen Camacho for a fun road trip in Southeastern MA! We will travel through Freetown\, Dartmouth\, \nWestport\, Rochester and end up in Mattapoisett at Ned’s Point Lighthouse\, where you can have lunch (bring a picnic lunch\, \nchair or blanket….there are some picnic tables also\, or you can sit on the rocks by the harbor!)\n\n\n\nThe trip will end at Ned’s Point lighthouse\, and for anyone interested we can drive to Acushnet Creamery for ice cream after \nhanging out at Ned’s Point. (The mileage for this option is NOT included in the total time for the first part of the trip\, about \n15 min or so to drive there)\n\n\n\nThe meeting place will be in Lakeville\, MA close to Route 140.
