DESCRIPTION:THE TRIP IS NOW FULL.\nContact Brenda to be added to the wait list. \nJoin us on our journey to the White Mountains. \n  \nWe will be discovering covered bridges\, \n \nvisiting country stores\, exploring the Lost River \n \nand traveling on twisty back roads with beautiful scenery. \n \nWe will meet on June 3rd at 8:30 at the Holiday Inn\, 242 Adams Place Boxborough\, MA exit 28 off of I495. \n\n\n\n\nOur Saturday group meal will be at the Common Man Restaurant. We will be ordering off the menu and they have agreed to provide separate checks for each couple. \nLodging: \nWe will be staying three nights at the Indian Head Resort in Lincoln \, NH. \n \n \nWe have a limited number of reservations for 15 blocked rooms blocked out up until May 6th\, 2016. The rates are Friday and Saturday at $134.10 per night plus tax and Sunday at $89.10 plus tax. The three night stay totaling $389.46. We have Lakeside rooms with two double beds\, double occupancy. \nAfter those rooms are taken\, we will keep a waiting list in case of any cancellations. \nAmenities: \n\nIndoor\, outdoor heated pool with hot tub\nRestaurant on site\nPaddle Boats\nGift Shop\nTennis\n\n \nYou must telephone The Indian Head Resort before May 6th\, 2016 (800) 343-8000 and tell them you are booking under the “MASS MIATA CLUB” \nYou will need a major credit card to hold your reservation. DESCRIPTION:Join us as we explore back roads in Worcester County. We’ll drive to a buffet lunch at King Phillip Restaurant. Lunch cost is $11.95 plus tax and tip per person. They will do individual checks. We will have a sandwich buffet set up with 2 different salads\, make your own sandwich station in addition with egg\, crabmeat and chicken salad sandwiches. Swedish Meatballs\, dessert\, coffee etc. \n \nFrom there it’s a quick drive to Harvard Forest\, located in Petersham\, MA. \n \nThere is a small museum where 23 dioramas portray the history of central New England forests. Outside there are walking trails. There is no charge for the forests and museums\, but donations are appreciated \nThen\, of course\, an ice cream stop. \nWe will meet at Kimball Farm\, 1543 Lunenburg Rd\, Route 70\, Lancaster\, MA.

DESCRIPTION:You’ve watched it on TV and finally Barrett-Jackson has come to New England! We’ll be able to take in all the spectacular cars in the staging area before they line up to go on stage and watch the excitement of the action. For more information on the event following this link: Barrett-Jackson to present inaugural northeast auction in June 2016 at Mohegan Sun \n \nWe’ll be starting from Main Street Automotive\, 676 Main St.\, Clinton\, MA at 7 AM.  The group will travel through Worcester and on to I-395.  If you prefer\, you can meet the group at the I-395 South Bound Service Plaza (click for map)  in Plainfield\, CT (South of Exit 35) around 8 AM.  We should arrive at Mohegan Sun by 9 AM. \n \nSeating is general and because this is a smaller venue than other Barrett-Jackson auctions\, we’ll be able find parking and seats together.
