DESCRIPTION:Cars & Coffee Information\nARRIVAL TIMES\nOur C&C events start at 9am. Please do not arrive earlier than the 9am start time if possible. Our staff needs adequate time to set up for each event.​\nSchedule\n9:00 Gates open\n10:30 Last call for TOTT laps\n11:00 Mandatory Drivers Meeting\n11:15 Raffle Drawing\n11:50 Staging\n12:10 Laps begin\n12:30 Checkered flag shown\n12:35 Track is clear\nSTAGING\nOnce you exit our tunnel\, make a left uphill to our upper paddock viewing area (follow the C&C arrow).\nOPTIONAL TASTE OF THE TRACK\nRegistering online in advance does guarantee a spot for the touring laps as long as the driver arrives and checks in before 10:30 A.M.  All touring lap drivers must arrive before 10:30 A.M. and attend the drivers’ meeting at 11:00 A.M. sharp. \nABSOLUTELY NO PASSING! YOU MUST KEEP UP AND STAY WITH YOUR GROUP\nNo advance sign up this year – they will sign up on that day \nFOOD & BEVERAGE\nDepending on other ongoing track events\, there may be breakfast or lunch for purchase from Buster’s.\nYou are welcome to bring your own food and enjoy picnic style on the lawn. Alcohol is NOT permitted in any of our paddock areas.\nSIGNAGE & MATERIALS\nWe allow small ‘For Sale’ signs displayed on show vehicles.   Distribution of pamphlets\, handouts\, ads or flyers without prior consent from PMP is prohibited.\nWE’RE DOG FRIENDLY!\nDogs are allowed at C&C Events as long as they are kept on a leash at all times! Please clean up after your pet.\nDRONES\nNo drones are allowed at the facility!\nPHOTOGRAPHS\nWhen you attend a C&C Event\, you agree that your likeness\, your vehicle and your guests may be used in photographs\, video\, or other digital media in any and all of the Palmer Motorsports Park’s publications\, including web-based publications. You hereby irrevocably authorized Palmer Motorsports Park to edit\, alter\, copy\, exhibit\, publish\, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose.\nTRAILERING\nIf you are trailering a vehicle to a C&C event\, you may unload behind the lower paddock garage.\nNOISE\nExcessive noise (above 95db)\, revving\, burnouts and driving with excessive speed will not be tolerated at any PMP events and will result in a ban from all future events as well as expulsion.\nTRASH\nPlease pick up after yourself and place all trash in the proper receptacles.\n \n
