Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA)\n9:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.\nR.S.V.P. by Wednesday\, June 11th 2025\nThe Trip is limited to 12 Cars!\nTo sign up\, Email Charly.Busky@gmail.com\nWhen you sign up\, please include your cell #\, if you have a CB and if you are a new member.\nEvery day Eastern Massachusetts residents quench their thirsts\, bathe\, flush toilets\, do the dishes and water their lawns with water drawn from the MWRA water system.\nThanks to the Quabbin and Wachusett Watersheds and Reservoirs\, 2.5 million people and 5\,500 industrial users have one of the most abundant and high-quality water supplies in the world.\nWe will embark on a tour of several points of interest of this water system from the Clinton Dam holding back the waters of the Wachusett Reservoir\, the Ware River entrance into Wachusett and all the way out to the Quabbin Reservoir. After that\, we’ll stop for lunch at the Stone Cow Brewery in Barre Ma.\nWe will meet at the Lowe’s in Hudson Ma. 6 Highland Common E\, Hudson\, MA 01749.
