We will meet at the Walmart in Lunenburg MA at 8:45 A.M. for a 9:15 A.M. departure. From there we will take an extended scenic drive northwards towards Hillsborough NH. \n\n  \nAfter a rest stop\, we head back southwards along the twisty roads\, towards our lunch destination: Waterhouse Restaurant in Peterborough\, NH\, featuring patio dining alongside the Nubanusit River. After lunch\, we will make the short drive to nearby Miller State Park. We will take the winding autoroute up the summit of Pack Monadnock in first gear. The mountain affords spectacular vistas of the surrounding countryside\, as far away as Boston on a clear day.
