DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n \n \nThe theme for the holiday party will be Western attire (jeans\, cowboy boots\, hats. etc. \nThe Mass Miata Holiday Party will be on Saturday January 22\, 2022 and will be held at The Inn at East Hill Farms in Troy\, NH \n DEPOSIT DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING YOUR ROOM\nCall (603)242-6495 to  book any room you would like to stay in and tell them you are from  the Mass Miata Club. Room deposit is due at the time of booking . $100.00 per 2 adults and $50.00 for a single for the weekend. Final payment is due at check out.\nYOU WILL NEED TO BRING OUT YOUR INNER CHILD IN ORDER TO ENJOY THE WEEKEND! \n  \nOnce you have made your room reservation\, please email me to let me know you are booked\, what room you booked\, whether you are arriving to have Friday lunch or arrive for Friday dinner and your cell number.   bgauvin@charter.net\n  \nVisit their web site www.east-hill-farm.com to check out what room you would like to stay in and book. \nRoom rate is per person and includes 6 meals for a two night stay home cooked/family style (all you can eat)  for example: if you arrive for lunch on Friday (served noon to 1:00 P.M.) then you would have breakfast on Sunday morning before departing. If you choose to arrive in time for dinner on Friday night \, then you would have breakfast and lunch on Sunday morning. They provide fresh fruit\, homemade cookies\, coffee\, tea and hot chocolate between meals. They do not have a bar\, but every guest is welcomed to bring their own booze with them. They do have ice\, cork screws and glasses and every room has a mini fridge. \nFriday night after dinner they will have BINGO game with prizes from the gift shop. Friday dinner is served 6:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. and is included in your stay. \nSaturday they will have a cocktail party at 5:30 P.M. and they will have Manhattan’s and Rum Punch with live music and is included in your stay. Dinner is served at 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. After dinner they will have a trivia game. \nThey have an indoor pool\, hot tub and sauna. Barnyard filled with animals (horses\, pigs\, cows\, bunnies\, chicken\, goats and others). They bake homemade bread everyday and is served at dinner. (smells and taste fantastic). \nThey have scheduled activities throughout the day that are included in your stay: \nSample of activities subject to change. Pony Grooming\, trails for hiking\, (one is a short walk down the street and follows a river where the ice freezes over the rock) fantastic views. (if anyone would be interested in this trail\, let me know and we can take you there (worth the walk)\, pat the bunnies\, milking in the barn\, needle felting\, meet at the campfire to make s’mores\, bread making\, candle making\, butter making experience\, ping pong tables\, game room and shuffle board (outside)\, sledding (must use their round saucers) and snowshoeing. \nRates do not include: Horseback riding $50.00 per trail rider\, ice skate rentals $2.00 per day\, massage and reflexology $45-70.00 \nOvernight room rates are per person and price depends on which type of room you book. They offer Basic $150.00 plus 9% NH tax\, Mid-priced $160.00 plus 9% NH Tax\, and Deluxe $172.00 plus 9% NH tax. A deposit of $100.00 for 2 or $50.00 for a single is due at the time of booking your room. Final payment is due at check out. \nBreakfast Saturday and Sunday 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. \nLunch Saturday and Sunday Noon to 1:00 P.M. \nCheck in anytime but they cannot guarantee your room until 3:00 P.M. \nSunday Check out is at 10:00 A.M. but if you arrived for Friday dinner you will have lunch at noon so after breakfast\, go for a swim\, soak in the hot tub\, go for a walk\, pet the farm animals or hang around and chat. \nOnce you arrived and parked your car\, there is no need to get back into your car until you depart to go home.\nNow for the cancellation policy: \nCancel within 21 days of your arrival date you will get your deposit back minus $25.00 \nIf you should cancel closer to your date of arrival you will lose your deposit but will not have to pay for the weekend. \nOnce you have made your room reservation\, please email me to let me know you are booked\, what room you booked\, whether you are arriving to have Friday lunch or arrive for Friday dinner and your cell number.   bgauvin@charter.net\nThere will be a yankee swap. Bring a wrapped gift between $10 to $15.00 \nIf you bring a gift you will pick a number and choose your gift but you CANNOT OPEN  IT. \nThe yankee swap will have a twist to it.  We will be playing a dice game again this 2022 holiday party  (everyone like it in 2019 holiday party and wanted to do it again). \n  \n  \n  \n  \n
