DESCRIPTION:We are all set for our May 14\, 2016 Annual Mass Miata Ladies Overnight. \nWe will be staying at the Yankee Inn in bucolic Lenox\, MA. \nThe hotel is located in the scenic Berkshires with spacious grounds\, distant mountain views and quick\naccess to all that the area has to offer. \nThe Inn’s amenities include a complimentary breakfast with made–to-order Omelets on Weekends\,\na 24 hour fitness room\, 24 hour Tea and Hot Cocoa and an Indoor Salt Water Pool & Jacuzzi. \nWe have arranged for a block of 10 – two double bed rooms in the Main Building. \nThe rate is $119.00 per room plus 11.7 %taxes. \nTo get the special rate\, you must ask for “Mass Miata Ladies Overnight Rate”. \nThe Inn’s telephone #’s are: 1-800-835-2364 and 1-413-499-3700. \nYou will need a credit card at the time of the booking and there is a 7 day cancellation requirement. \nOnce you have made your reservation please contact Lillian Orchard at: \nmslillyO@outlook.com to let her know you are coming and with whom you are traveling with. \nThe cutoff date for the special room rate is April 14\, 2016 \nDiner will be in one of the local Restaurants and more information with be forthcoming. \nThe ride up will be from a TBD starting point and TBD starting time. \nMore information to come\, but you must make your room reservation by April 14\,2016\,\nif you are planning on attending the 2016 Miata Ladies Overnight. \nZoom\, Zoom! \nLillian & Patricia \n
