The Mass Miata Holiday Party will be on Saturday January 11, 2025 and will be held at The Inn at East Hill Farms in Troy, NH for a two night stay. If you are unable to stay two nights, let me know. There maybe an option for a one night stay.
Theme: Crazy Slippers or Crazy Slippers with Jammies. There are a lot of crazy slippers out there with matching pajamas.
Call (603) 242-6495 to book any room you would like to stay in if available and tell them you are from the Mass Miata Club. Room deposit is due at the time of booking. $100.00 for the weekend. Final payment is due at check out.

Friday lunch is served NOON to 1:00 P.M., Friday dinner is served 6:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.

Room rate is per person and includes 6 meals for a two night stay home cooked/family style (all you can eat) for example: if you arrive for lunch on Friday (served noon to 1:00 P.M.) then you would have breakfast on Sunday morning before departing. If you choose to arrive in time for dinner on Friday night , then you would have breakfast and lunch on Sunday morning. They provide fresh fruit, homemade cookies, coffee, tea and hot chocolate between meals. They do not have a bar, but every guest is welcomed to bring their own booze with them. They do have ice, cork screws and glasses and every room has a mini fridge.
Friday night after dinner they will have entertainment (BINGO last time we were there), game with prizes from the gift shop. Friday dinner is served 6:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.
Saturday After Lunch: Meet in the dinning hall to play games.
Bring your favorite game, chess and cards. You can bring alcohol into the hall.
We will not have a Yankee swap this year.
Saturday there will be a cocktail party at 5:30 P.M. and they will have unlimited Manhattan’s and Rum Punch with appetizers.
Saturday dinner is served at 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. After dinner they will have entertainment (magician last time we were there)
They have an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and a gift shop. They also have a barnyard filled with animals (horses, pigs, cows, bunnies, chickens, goats and others) You can have fun daily collecting your own eggs to be brought home or they will cook them for you. Pick up your egg carton at the office. They bake homemade bread everyday and is served at dinner. (smells and taste fantastic). The bread can be ordered at the office and picked up on your departure day.
They have scheduled activities throughout the day that are included in your stay:
Sample of activities subject to change. Pony Grooming, trails for hiking, (one is a short walk down the street and follows a river where the ice freezes over the rock) fantastic views. (if anyone would be interested in this trail, let me know and we can take you there (worth the walk), pat the bunnies, milking in the barn, needle felting, meet at the campfire to make s’mores, bread making, candle making, butter making experience, ping pong tables, game room and shuffle board (outside), sledding (must use their round saucers) and snowshoeing.
Rates do not include: Ice skate rentals $2.00 per day, massage and reflexology $45-70.00
Breakfast Saturday and Sunday 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.
Lunch Saturday and Sunday Noon to 1:00 P.M.
If you arrived on Friday for lunch, then you will only have breakfast on Sunday.
If arriving for lunch on Friday, last time we arrived around 10:45 A.M. and was able to get into our room.
Check in anytime but they cannot guarantee your room until 3:00 P.M.
Sunday Check out is at 10:00 A.M. but if you arrived for Friday dinner you will have breakfast and lunch at noon, so after breakfast, go for a swim (bring your own towels), soak in the hot tub, go for a walk, pet the farm animals, collect eggs or just hang around and chat.
Once you arrived and parked your car, there is no need to get back into your car until you depart to go home.
Now for the cancellation policy:
Cancel within 21 days of your arrival date you will get your deposit back minus $25.00
If you cancel your reservation, deposits are refundable minus a $25.00 service charge with a three-week notice. If you shorten or cancel your reservation with less than a three-week notice, your deposit is forfeited with no exceptions.
